An Ottawa Major
I believe this to be the re-entry that R&S refer to as 6-36, incorrectly listed as from position 7. Of the 4 Ottawa 'Majors' this one is the most 'mangled'.This variety occurrs directly above 6F16.2 (B97): the "Hairball" variety.
