6¢ Line in Hair
A slightly sloping line from the top centre of the Queen's head.
Earl Noss provided an image of the second example and passed along the image of Jim McCormick's strip of 4, showing the variety at position 3.
Jim notes that the variety "comes from late printings of the BC plate in the re-entered state. The 2nd stamp in the strip shows clear doubling from re-entry in the lower left corner. So this one joins other late state varieties like the hairball, major 5-on-6 and other major re-entries."
