Flaw Two Two Scratches UR Corner
Line from UR corner, very similar to 3S4.1. This stamp has a marking below the N in CENTS. The mark is a series of dots shaped somewhat like the letter "v". There are also marks in the top margin. These marks are frequently removed by the perforations. G Jeffery has 18 copies of this CPV. It is a later printing than the 3S4.1.
