Re-entry
- Doubling in all four corner areas and especially in the 'STAG' of Postage, the 'S' of Cents and the right '3'.
- While there is nice doubling in several areas of the design, the key is the doubling of the coloured triangle in all three 'A's of Canada. This is the only reported occurance of this on the Three Cent.
