Plate Flaw UR
- Major flaw which started in the lower part of the Queen's neck of the stamp above ~ 3F18.2, and passed through the space between the 'S' of Cents.
- This is the lower stamp in the pair and the extra line continues through the upper right and well into the upper right margin.
