Note the one below from GJ, which is very interesting, with 'marks' in the same place as 3F16.9, but markedly more impressive. It could show the initial plate damage of the earliest state, or it could be a printing anomoly. Let's watch for a 2nd example and consider it interesting rather than a CPV until another is found.
