Medium Long Type 'B' Strand
Hurst Type III Medium Long Type 'B' Strand. The strand seems to have become quite worn as the plate was used. "Are the last two identifiable as 1R163?" would be a fair question.
Hurst reported four clearly different strands, but only two have the plate positions determined.
- Long Strand
- Medium Strand Type A ~ Plate C, Right Pane, Position 13
- Medium Strand Type B
- Short Strand ~ Plate C, Right Pane, Position 26
